While everyone fantasizes scoring a snog session (or makeout session) with Colin Firth or Jude Law, let’s face it. You’re probably nowhere near that ever happening. Luckily for you, I Love Your Accent.com is a new dating site that caters for people on either side of the pond in love with British or American accents. Sounds smashing, doesn’t it?

Being an American with a very American accent (California, to be exact), I can’t wrap my mind around the idea that British people find the American accent attractive. I suppose this is supports the idea that we’re all attracted to things/people we’re not used to seeing/hearing.

Are you more likely to date someone with an accent? If so what accent?

I don’t care if they have an accent or not and California is what people outside of the US refer to when they hear/talk about American accents? That’s weird. lol

I used to think Scottish accents were the ugliest sounding, but now I am a sucker for ‘em sexy, sexy Scots.
