Ever feel like you’re too plain of a person to be leading an exciting dating life? The CW is launching a new dating reality TV show series called Plain Jane. Each episode of the series will follow one “plain Jane” as she transforms via style tips, new wardrobe and confidence-building exercises to prepare for a date with a crush who doesn’t know she’s interested in him.

While that’s fine and dandy, just another question comes to mind — why not do a Plain… Jack? Men can be plain too.

The show is executive produced by Allison Grodner, Rich Meehan and Peter Tartaglia.
